Controller Tracking issue

Hello Meta Support Team,

so i got an issue with my controllers, since everytime im playing games like gorilla tag or penguin paradise, where i need to move my controller in order for me to move in the game, and my left controller keeps disconnecting and reconnecting everytime im swinging my controller around, and also happens sometimes with my right controller. To be honest, i barely even hit my controllers often, so maybe its the new meta quest software update? I dont know. But is there a fix to this?

How often you you expect to be able to hit your controllers before they start to show signs of damage?

If you are lucky, it's just a battery that's loose inside its housing which should be easy enough to bodge a fix for.

I believe this is different to the tracking issue you are suddently flapping about.

i think its the battery that is loose in my controller, because i didn’t hit my controllers often, so i don’t think it happened because i hit my controllers since i barely manage to do so
