Hi Oculus! I recently stepped on my right oculus controller, and the halo cracked. My controller still works, but when my controller goes behind my head, it disconnects. Could you help me?
Hey @fbmt202608, thanks for letting us know about your problems with your controller. We notice that you have experienced some physical damage to your controller. The safest bet would be to check your warranty and see if you are able to request a replacement controller. Now if you find that you dont have the warranty on your headset at this point it might be a good idea to start considering a new controller.
