So I just got this game called battle talent and second day of playing it when I move forward with my left controller I stay in place or go backwards. This is the second time it happend but not nearly as bad. I tried everything, I unpaired and repaired my controllers, I restarted my headset, I looked online and they still dont work. This is really frustrating I was excited to expand my VR collection but its just unplayable. I would really like a replacement on the controller I only had it a little more than a year.

We know it's no fun whenever our controllers don't properly work so we would love to get this resolved for you as fast as possible. If we may ask, does this happen in other games as well or is it only happening in that game?
Additionally, please go ahead and attempt to remove the batteries from the controllers for at least 10 minutes to perform a full reboot of the controllers. We hope this helps! Have a wonderful rest of your day!
