I keep getting constant stick drift and the dead zone is to small even at 99 i have no idea how to fix this and also i cant clean out dirt cus i dont know how
Assuming you are out-of-warranty, I'd suggest Googling for "Quest stick drift". It's been discussed tens of thousands of times and the cleaning and replacement options are well documented.
