Hello, I am 11 years old. I’m reaching out for help regarding an issue I encountered on December 24. I started having problems with my controller trigger; it wasn't fully registering when I tried to press it down on the Oculus menu, even though it worked fine in games. To troubleshoot, I attempted to unpair and then repair the controller, but I realized that the system doesn’t allow you to repair the same controller once disconnected. As a next step, I performed a factory reset on the controller. However, I still noticed that my left controller appeared to be unconnected and I couldn’t skip the tutorial. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
