I’ve had the meta quest 3 charging dock for some time now. This issue has occurred from the start but I’m only now getting to doing something about it. When using the batteries provided with the charging dock, the controllers will lose connection randomly during gaming sessions. When I use standard batteries (not the ones that came with the dock) the controllers work perfectly fine never missing a beat. Can someone help here? Obviously it defeats the purpose of having the charging dock if I can’t use the wireless charging batteries that come with it.

I'm experiencing the same issue - did you ever resolve yours?
