I have 2 oculus so 4 controllers. All 4 controllers don’t work. These were to expensive to not have working controllers.

Were these headsets bought through an official retailer as brand new? If not, are they the correct controllers? (Quest 2 has white controllers with a top tracking ring, if the controllers are black they won't work)

These are original controllers. purchased new altogether. used for a considerably long time before they stopped working. we replaced the batteries did a system update got one of the controllers to work again for a short time. Now back to all four no longer working. I am looking for a way to get them repaired or replaced. There is an LED that lights up when buttons are pressed but it just flashes. changed all batteries then got new batteries changed them again. there are no 3rd party accessories. We have attempted to reset them also. At this point one turns on but doesn't connect just blinks others turn on blink while trying to connect then stop after they fail to connect. I am starting the process over and labeling the controllers to know exactly what each is doing.

Issue still has not been resolved. I was told I would receive an email from Support) and I never received one extremely disappointed that this is taking so long to resolve
