Controller replacement

To whom this may concern,


On the 18 of October I send my left controller (ticket 5935453) for replacement and wwas told by email that it will take 3 to 4 days for replacemtn to arrive.


Now 20 days has gone by and still no controller. Everytime I am having to chase Meta store support for update. The logistic team is supposed to be working on the issue effortlessly to speed things up.  How much effort and time does it takes to sort a replacement issue?


To be honest I am very annoyed with the way that this issue is being handle and the time it is taking.

I would appreciate if the issue can be sorted out promptly as it has already taken to long.
