About a few months ago I had to replace the original batteries that came with the oculus quest 2 with AA Kodak extra-life batteries.
It worked completely fine and then I stopped using my oculus for a few months and when I come back to it, it’s telling me I need to remake my boundary.
I'm pressing the trigger buttons on both controllers and it’s not letting me press “confirm” on remaking my boundary. I’m stuck on this window and can’t even use my controllers to press “confirm”. Worst part it is, I take out my batteries in my controller, put them back in and the oculus recognizes my controllers are on, it even shows the battery life.
Another thing, I spam the home button hoping it would take me back but instead it pulls up another window, the option for me to report an issue, I try to report but again it doesn’t let me press “confirm” it lets press cancel though??? Which I don’t understand what’s going on ?? My trigger buttons work but just not for the “confirm” button? Someone please help 🙏
