The last 4 times I have played Horizon worlds, it won't let me quit the game. It doesn't happen on the other 5 games I have played since, only the Horizon worlds. I click the Oculus button to return home and quit the game and it just freezes. The resume and quit screen takes forever to come up, and when it does, I can't do anything about it. My controllers and hand tracking don't work at all in this situation. Today I got a notification that my controllers and hand tracking was disabled and to use my head and volume buttons to select something, which also didn't work. I have had to shut down my headset 4 times now because I literally cannot exit the game. I don't know why it's doing this and I don't know how to fix it.

Hi @Chaz135, thanks for joining the conversation! We totally get how this freezing menu must really be dragging the quality of your gameplay.
In this situation, we'd like to invite you to submit a Horizon Worlds Bug Report.
Here are some steps to do that:
1. Open the Horizon Worlds app
2. Then, while holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller
3. Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection. Submit your details of the issue
4. You can use “key words” to describe your experience, such as:
- Any error message
- Location of the issue: ”creator menu settings missing”, “Arena Clash tracking off”, etc.
5. Once you've submitted the bug report, our engineering team will be able to triage the issue more effectively

Hi
I have tried that twice tonight when it started playing up again. Nothing happened. It's like my controllers just stop being recognised and nothing I do works. I tried pressing the buttons and nothing happened at all. I had to shut it down to get out of the game again.

We appreciate you getting back to us with this update. While the issue remains, have no worries! From here, let's sign out of the Horizon Worlds app and attempt to log back in.
If any issues remain after doing so, we'll want to uninstall the app completely and then have it reinstalled after a hard reboot. Once giving these steps a try, do let us know how things appear!
