The controllers shoot right through the selections. The selections highlight, but I can't click on them, I see the line from the controller shoot right through the menu items into the background. Help!

I was having the same issue. Seems really strange that there are several complaints about the left controller in specific and only in Supernatural. I guess it takes a little extra pressure boxing and flowing. I had no problem in any other app.
I tried all of the steps of restarting the headset (power off), un-pair and re-pair both controllers, and every calibration step I could find. After finally determining it was only in SuperNatural, I dug a little more in forums and someone suggested replacing the battery in the controllers. My unit is only 3 days old and both controllers showed 90%, but what the heck, new batteries.
Viola, seems that Meta may be using, not the highest quality batteries. What a shame in a $500 product, ,I mean come on, spend a little of that profit, provide good batteries.
