Controllers aren't working in the Supernatural app

The controllers shoot right through the selections.  The selections highlight, but I can't click on them, I see the line from the controller shoot right through the menu items into the background.  Help!

Hey there @bozman.769278! We see you are having similar controller issues with SuperNatural. We are wondering if you had a chance to try the troubleshooting steps provided in this thread. Hello Maxers2012, thank you for reaching out. We noticed that you're experiencing controller issues. We definitely understand how disappointing this can be. Rest assured, we're here to help. First, let's try to unpair and then pairing your controllers again. To do so, click here.

Once that's done, please restart your headset. For instructions on how to restart your headset, please see the steps below:

  1. Log out of your Oculus Companion App.
  2. Log back in.
  3. With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
  4. Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.

You should be good to go from here. 🙂 Let us know if you need anything else.

I tried that and my controller are still not working with supernatural.  They work with everything else.

I've tried this multiple times and it's not working for me, either. I just received the Oculus yesterday. It worked then, now it won't.

We hate to hear that any of our users would be experiencing something like that and we would love to help you get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible! Just to gain a little clarity, are you only experiencing these types of issues on Supernatural or have you noticed issues with other games/apps as well? We would like to recommend that you uninstall & reinstall the app to see if it helps to resolve the issue. Please let us know how it goes. We will be standing by just in case further assistance is needed!
