It is a brand new Quest 3s, I just did the initial setup, then tried to open YouTube... the left controller doesn't do anything, but with the right control I can see the "white dot" that shows where I am pointing with the controller, but this controller doesn't allow me to click, so I can't even sign in, return to main menu, the left controller works again... I can click everywhere... try YouTube again, but I have the same problem, can't do anything because the left controller simply doesn't do anything... go back to the main menu, install the Steam link, and start the Steam link... again the left controller stops to work, go back to the main menu, open theater elsewhere... both controllers work, open youtube again, the left controller works now, I click on the sign in button, the app show a code to use on the youtube website... I remove the quest and go to my computer to type the code... when I come back I am on YouTube with my account but the left controller doesn't work anymore... I can't click anywhere... go back to the main menu and everything works... Tried to replace the battery ( again it's a brand-new device) Tried to pair the controllers again Checked if there is an update (it's already updated Tried to factory reset the device and do everything again and it's the same behavior...
