Since the update to version 72 with the new meta quest os login screen I am having an issue.
in certain games, the window will open, but then the controller won’t work. I can use the controller anywhere in the quest without issues, just not these games. For example I have been playing The House of Da Vinci but I can’t do anything once the load screen opens.
I have done the following actions with no luck:
1) toggled developer settings
2) toggled hand tracking settings
3) unpaired and repaired the controllers
4) turn the device off and on
5) hard reset the device
6) Factory reset
😎 fully updated the device
9) even did the silly “play meta horizon worlds” tutorial some people said worked.
I can’t figure it out and I’m running out of ideas.
Same issue on Quest 2 with The House of Da Vinci 😞
