The right controller for my son's Meta Quest 2 is glitching and sometimes nonresponsive. We have checked for updates, cleaned the sensors, recalibrated the controllers, paired them again, and finally did a factory reset. Nothing seems to help.
What should we try next?

We see you're experiencing an issue with your right controller. We know it's never ideal to experience any issues with our device that stop us from fully enjoying the VR world, and we're here to help! We suggest removing the batteries from your controllers for a few minutes, and then replacing them with new batteries. After that, please try rebooting your headset. This will help reset the controller.

Thanks. We did replace the batteries and reboot the headset, and the problem persists.
