Controllers not reading

So whenever I open up my Q2, my controllers work perfectly until I log into my account, I have to go passed the “Confirm boundary” every time, but then my controllers don’t read anymore and can’t get passed it, I’ve already tried a restart, switched out the batteries, so I don’t know what to do now.
