Controllers not waking up since the last update

I know I won't get any solution here but I thought I'll waste my time telling you that since the last update, the controllers are not waking up if I put them down for a couple of seconds. Sometimes it's one controller, sometimes even both. Sometimes taking out the battery and putting it back in fixes the issue, sometimes I've got to restart the headset. Batteries are full, I've changed them too. Sometimes the hand tracking will work while the controller doesn't.

Also, even posting this was a pain in the ass because the "This board requires at least one label for each message" thing is bugged. Can you do anything right?

Have you tried re-pairing them?

Hi There,

We get that it is frustrating that when you are unable to use the controllers as normal after installing and update on the device.

There are a couple things that you can try to resolve the problems you are having with your controllers.

- Pair and unpair the controllers. How to do this can be found on: Pair and unpair Touch controllers to your Meta Quest.

- Remove any unsupported third-party accessories.

If the issues still persists please perform a factory reset. How to do this can be found on the link: Factory reset your Meta Quest headset.

We hope that this will resolve any problem you are having with your controller!
