Hi - First time asking anything on here. My son was on his vr the other day and all was fine. He has gone on it today and the controllers are not working in any game - they are fine in the menu when selecting a game or exiting a game, doing the boundary etc but as soon as he enters the game - nothing. The batteries are full, I have unpaired and repaired both controllers, replaced batteries etc but still nothing. Any suggestions as it is really frustrating him. Thank you
I feel your pain! I was unable to use my headset yesterday because of the exact issue. Only a Factory Reset resolved it for me.
