Controllers not working vacation sim

Guys I have a very annoying issue, I bought vacation simulator straight from my quest 3 store and hand tracking works but the controllers don't, in every game my controllers work but when I enter vacation simulator with controllers my controllers don't appear, please help I'm very frustrated

Thanks for providing us with that information. We are going to provide you with troubleshooting steps to try below. Please try these and let us know if any of this works for you. We hope this helps!

 

  • Ensure your area is well lit, with enough light to see clearly, but no direct sunlight
  • Ensure your area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights, or LED strips
  • Ensure your area is free of reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass, or polished marble
  • Ensure the tracking cameras are clean
  • Ensure your environment is free of any obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers
  • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example, controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.
  • Remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds
  • Try replacing the battery with a new one
  • Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
  • As a last resort, factory reset the device

  • Has your play area changed recently?
  • Have you tried different play spaces?
  • Has the tracking worked properly before?
  • Are you using third-party accessories or covers with your device?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
  • Does it happen in the Home environment or in menus?

No my play area hasn't changed, I have tried different play spaces my hands still don't show up, I only see my hands when I'm NOT in vacation simulator idk why, as soon as I enter, bam my hands are gone.. the tracking always works but as soon as I enter the game my hands dissappear so I need to switch to hand tracking EVEN though on the details it says supports hand tracking and controllers, no I'm not using any accessories or covers or 3rd party devices, yes issue with both controllers, it only happens when I am in vacation simulator, for example I'm in menu and I click vacation simulator, then as soon as I load in my hands dissappear and then I have to click menu and put my controllers down because only hand tracking is working, here you go! That's all the answers ur looking for ☺️ now pls help I just wanna relax 😭😭😭

I am also having exactly the same issue and all the trouble shooting solutions above are either not applicable or I have attempted and still have the same issue and only with Vacation simulator. Are there any other solutions please?

 I just downloaded this game and my hands are not showing either. They work fine in the other 4 games I opened after discovering the issue. My space has not changed. I do not have third party anything. the space is well lighted I just replaced the batteries. But again my hands work in allll the other games, just not this one.
