Hi everyone. I've been using my Meta Quest 2 for a little over a year now and the past 2-3 months my controllers are working really badly. The stick is unresponsive, and moves on its own. Same with both of them. I've tried everything I can think of, including pairing again, but nothing works. I've tried to fill in the support form but it only says it can ship replacements to the UK and I live in Sweden. I really need some help from @metaquestsupport - I really don't want to have to buy new controllers after just a year.
Hey @The_pezzz! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we know how much of a hindrance controller issues can put on having a good gameplay experience. We appreciate you providing what steps you have already tried, however for clarification could you please verify you have also tried these as well:
Power cycling your batteries (leaving them out for 3 minutes before reinserting)?
Cleaning the joystick and battery bay with a non-abrasive wipe?
Using new batteries?
You can also try increasing the deadzones on your controller with these steps:
From your headset, select Settings.
Select Controller Settings.
Under Joystick Deadzone and Range, select the joystick you're having an issue with.
Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joystick deadzones.
Note: When your controllers are turning on, make sure the joysticks are resting in their neutral position.

If you Google for "Quest stick drift" you'll find a range of increasingly effective remedies, if meta will not replace your controllers. They range from compressed air to replacing the joystick modules.
