When I go to shut down my Quest 3, the controllers stop working normally (I assume it switches to hand tracking for some reason), causing it to be difficult to uncheck the "update device" box and click the "shut down" option (how I prefer to do things).
So first it switches to hand tracking, then after a while it switches to head tracking (selection dot goes where I look).
I would expect the controllers to continue working normally into the shutdown screen.
edit: By "not responding" I mean the selection dot doesnt go where the controller points. Controller trigger button still works normally if I can get the dot to the right place.

Hey @waterlimon_meta, we understand these tracking issues with controllers in the shut down process of your device could be frustrating to deal with at times. Therefore we suggest you to unpair and pair your Quest 3 controllers again to see if the issue still persists.
Feel free to let us know if this doesn't work so we could look further into it.

I re-paired both controllers.
It still takes 11 seconds for the shut down screen to switch from hand tracking to controller tracking. Controllers work normal before opening the shut down screen.
