Controllers teleporting when playing games

I just got my quest 3and its been fine for a week. I have no 3rd party accessories and lighting and conditions are good. both my controllers keep teleporting away from me, then slowly moving back while i shake them. Please tell me how to fix this.

Hi, i have cleaned the cameras, closed the blinds because there is a little but of reflection, changed battery and re-paired the controllers. The problem is still there.
