Controllers won't pair

 I followed all the steps and did not find out why ??. #help me pls

Hey there, @5aLh! We couldn't help but notice that you are reaching out because you are experiencing some pairing issues with your Quest 2 controllers. We get how disappointing something like that can be and we'd love to help you get this sorted out as quickly as possible! We would like to provide the instructions to you for pairing your touch controllers just to ensure that you are following the correct steps. Please try the following:

  • Press any button to wake the controller while using your headset.
  • While you have your headset on, press and hold to reorient the controller.
  • Remove and reseat the battery in each Touch controller.
  • Unpair and re-pair your controllers:

To unpair your Touch controllers:

  1. Make sure your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu in the bottom right corner of the Meta Quest mobile app.
  3. Tap Devices.
  4. Tap Headset Settings, then tap Controllers.
  5. Tap the controller that you want to unpair, then tap Unpair Controller.

To pair your Touch controllers:

  1. Make sure your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu in the bottom right corner of the Meta Quest mobile app.
  3. Tap Devices.
  4. Tap Headset Settings, then tap Controllers.
  5. Tap + Pair New Controller, then choose which controller you'd like to pair.
  6. Press and hold the and buttons on your right controller or and on your left controller until the controller LED blinks and then lights up to finalize the pairing.
