My controllers are not working in any games but in the home menu they work perfectly fine? Please help

Maybe try some fresh controller batteries and make sure your headset is fully charged. Also, that you have good room lighting. Sorry, short of doing a factory reset I can't think of anything else right now. You could try contacting meta support I guess.
