For some reason I can’t pair my left controller to my headset and I do not know why the headset is not connecting to the phone app I think it’s because it needs a software update but I do not know it to get to the universal menu which is confusing I can’t do this no more it’s driving me crazy and I can’t call oculus support and Best Buy couldn’t help so I need help
