My cooling fan is not working and there is no way to find support. It hasn’t been working since after a few months of owning the quest. I think it should be covered under warranty? I have done all the troubleshooting the site suggests. How do I contact customer support?
Thank you but the option is not their for the fan on the headset. Are you able to offer another solution? I have tried the reset to factory Etc. thank you for your help.
