I am trying to roll out a kit of 12 Oculus Quest 2's that will be utilized in a classroom setting. One of the perks we thought we were gaining with this product was the ability to cast one of the Quest's to the iPad in the Meta Horizon's app. We connected the iPad to the Quest 2, they are on the same WiFi and I have tried factory resetting both. However, I still get the "Something went wrong Couldn't connect to your headset" error.
All devices and apps are fully updated and the primary account was logged into on the various devices I was trying (initially, the iPad, then an iPhone, then we tried a computer).
I tried three separate networks: one private, one public, and also a WiFi hot spot. All three are giving back the same error. As these would be taken to various institutions, the possibility of just restarting all the networks where this kit goes is not feasible, as well as changing the settings with any routers.
