My son (10 years old) recently purchase his very own Meta quest 2. I'm now struggling to create a child account. Just after the card registration seems to be in order the web site and/or app simply crashes. The transaction process works just fine in all other contexts and i have tested using different devices. Does anyone know what might be happening here?

Hey there, @Mineminutter! We can understand the excitement to start playing with the new device you guys bought, and we are more then happy to help get this set up. In this case, a user of the age of 10 will not be able to make a standard account due to their age. You will need to make a parent account, then make the child account for your son as a parent managed account.
