Creating child acount fails with credit card validation

Hi,

My daughter got a Meta Quest 2 for her 10th birthday. I've made my own Meta account and via the family center I tried to create a child account. After entering the day of birth of my daughter I as a parent have to prove I am an adult by paying a small amount with my credit card which later will be reimbursed..
Now I had to enter my visa card details and approve the transaction with my ICS app:

And then this happens, a blank screen:

That's it.. The process stops. I've tried this from my phone and from my computer using different browsers. All with the same result.

How can I pass successfully this test?
