Let's talk about the elephant in the room. Cross-Buy games. I bought Demeo on Rift S. It shows as a Cross-Buy game. When I go on my Quest 2, it is not showing as a Free game. It is asking me to buy it again. I am using the same account.
Oculus support is no help for this as they have no clue of what is a cross-buy game... funny!
So I actually got really into Demeo recently so I might be able to give a bit of insight hopefully. It is cross-buy and you can play 2d and the vr versions of it. I had it gifted for the Quest 2 and played roughly 3-5 hour sessions, tried it on a family members PC (just had to click 'Get' in the PC app) and was able to play the game as 2d (M&K) from the pc app itself.
How long ago did you buy the game? It was listed in the cross buy page before apparently ages back, but not now, so wondering if they removed it at some point.
Mind if I remember right, there is a Request Refund option with Quest games, so can confirm it at the time of buying and refund if not (Hopefully I dont lose my referral credit that way though if its non refundable)
I honestly got it like 2 weeks ago on the 29th, so unless anything recently changed within the past 2 weeks it should still be cross-buy and work as mentioned.
