Crossbuy apps not appearing on Meta Quest Link

Hello,

Just wanted to drop some info on the message board.

I "own" some crossbuy games from the Rift S that I would like to play on the Quest 3, as standalone. But, they aren't showing up as GET, only BUY.

The games in question are:

Golf+

Premium Bowling

2MFootballVR

Space Pirate Trainer

At this time, these are the games that I am interested in getting to work for crossbuy.

I assume, you are sure that you haven't made a second account for the Quest 3 by accident?

Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport so they can look into that,

Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

I think some areas were bricked with the last update for some accounts. My entire library is gone and each cross-buy title I previous clicked "get" now has no option at all in the store. No way to download any content whether it be previously purchased PC titles or cross buy. I have seen this before but thought maybe we were passed these software errors.  You aren't the only one with the store issues. Does your library populate?

I saw your other posts about your problem.....sorry to hear that you've again this issues.

I'm not sure if you and @Slick1984.1959  do have the same problem.

You don't have any options in store, no "install" button, but also no "buy" button.

@Slick1984.1959  have those button, it just say "purchase" instaed of "install", how it should be.

Btw. my pc library is still there......luckily

Maybe it's older accounts with these issues. I have had an account since Meta bought Oculus and it seems every other update or two these types of issues spring up. Only reason I had a good 5 weeks of a working library was that the library populated on the Beta Test channel. That no longer works unfortunately.

I'm with Oculus/Meta since 2019.

Not as long as you, but also not new. I haven had that yet....and I don't ever want that😅

I really hope, you'll get your library back fast.

Thanks, yeah not fun. I noticed they don't show in the mobile app either. Hopefully it's sever related or something tied to the last update. I wish there was a way to roll back and update, that used to work to get the library to populate again. I submitted a ticket but the last couple times I have tried they don't understand this is a PC library issue (not quest) and it goes nowhere. Something changed with support the last couple of years.
