I have been trying to get assistance with my son's account since Christmas. He has 50 dollars on his account and they turned off his account because he was within the kids range and needed an adult to be on the account with him. After multiple attempts to get his account on my account I have been ignored by support. The support team has told me within 7 days someone would reply to me 3 different times yet no response. The sad part to this entire thing is that it is a kid that they stole 50 dollars from on Christmas. I have asked if they can either just transfer the money to my account and we will share or active his account and help me attach it to mine. The only option is to create another account but I don't want to do that because I don't trust that they won't transfer the money.
If you are reading this at meta someone actually help me and fire your support team they are terrible and I am beyond frustrated I can't get help with what seems like a simple issue. I am not asking for the world just to be able to use the money to buy in your store. I refuse to put money in a meta product ever again because I am scared I will never be able to use it now
