So i have a cv1 and a laptop with a 1050 and 8gb of RAM it works amazingly. I tried conecting to my gfs laptop it says the hmdi doesnt detect and on the headseat shows like it was a monitor. It also uses the integrated gpu insted of the 3050

@Josefernandes78 try disabling the onboard graphics on the laptop in control panel which should force the laptop to use the 3050. Hope this helps.

Some laptops don't have a direct connection from the Nvidia GPU to HDMI (or display port). Instead only the integrated GPU has the direct connection and it works by copying frames from the Nvidia GPU to the integrated for display. The Rift CV1 isn't compatible with HDMI ports that only go to the integrated GPU.

Is there a way to fix it

If the HDMI port is hard wired to the Intel GPU, there's not much you can do. The Rift CV1 requires direct mode access to the display output, which only Nvidia and AMD drivers provide, Intel never supported it. (That's why the CV1 is appearing as a monitor, the Rift software can't access it directly to hide it from Windows).
If there's other ports you might have luck with them. For example if there's a Display Port then a Display Port to HDMI adapter might work (if the Display Port is connected to the Nvidia GPU).
Also make sure you try oculusness' suggestion. My current laptop has a hardware mux switch for graphics. It's controlled by software, but internally it lets me completely bypass the Intel GPU so it is never used. If you are lucky, the setting to use the 3050 will work.

How do i get to this hardware mix switch

If you have one, it would be either in the BIOS or if your laptop has a control centre app.
Most don't have one though, even when the Intel GPU isn't doing 3D it will still be in the pipeline. I specifically bought my latest laptop (a Clevo Prime-XR) because it was advertised to have one:
My previous laptop had no Intel GPU at all, just pure Nvidia, so it worked with the Rift CV1 fine.
