DHL express keep returning my Heaset due to incorrect labeling

Hi,

My headset had an update and afte this it keeps saying the device is overheating and to turn it off. 

 

Meta requested me to send the device back and sent me a DHL express label. .

I've sent the device back twice now as it keeps getting returned back to me by DHL due to "incorrect labeling "

 

Meta support keep saying its because I've not used a DHL Express site but I have and confirmed this via DHL website. 

 

I've now sent the device back for the third time and this time it was collected by DHL from my home address.  

let's see what the problem will be this time when it's returned again by DHL express.  

 

I just want my replacement device sent to me!

I can confirm it was returned back to me again yesterday for the third time. 

 

DHL express driver spoke to his manger and asked why this keeps happening and again all he was told "incorrect labeling " no further explanation was provided.  

He also said I'm not the only person as he has a few other meta returns that keep getting rejected for the same reason.  

 

I belive I've done everything correct. all the label was correctly printed off and attached to the device as requested.  

 

I'm not sure what more I can do as my replacement device will not be sent out to me until you receive my faulty headset back. .

I've also tried to get help via whats app and email support but again all I keep getting told his to send it again and that the labels are not the issue.

I can confirm the headset has been sent back to me for the 4th time now.
