DK2 Arrived today but doesn't turn on

Hello my DK2 arrived today i just installed the drivers put on all the cables in the rigth way but nothing happens.. the oculus does not turn on.... help please!!

not sure if i can be much help but since noones responded .....

I remember reading about such an issue and the guy reinstalled firmware and runtime and it fixed his problem.

Is the light on the unit comming on at all or you just cant get it to turn blue?

Hey I would just contact support@oculus.com. and let THEM know asap. I have seen problems with the Rift, and customer support was happy to help. I am sure that, as long as it wasn't something you did, they WILL replace it. I am sure they will make it right.
