DLC is not working anymore

A few years ago I bought Star Trek Bridge Crew and the DLC in a bundle. I could play it without any problems. Now last week I had to link my oculus account to Ubisoft Connect for the first time and now the DLC is missing from the game!
I have already contacted Ubisoft support, but they blame Oculus. With oculus support I only get system generated messages that do not address my problem. Please help me!

if your playing from from the quest it should be automatic.

if your playing from the rift you have "purchase" but it should be free, the dlc pack.

Yes on the Quest its working!
But when i want to play it on the rift or in Desktop Mode, the Oculus Launcher is redirecting me to Ubisoft Connect! And there is the DLC missing so there seems to be a problem with the account connection because the DLC is not transferred to their Launcher.

Yes on the Quest its working!
But when i want to play it on the rift, the Oculus Launcher is redirecting me to Ubisoft Connect! And there is the DLC missing so there seems to be a problem with the account connection because the DLC is not transferred to their Launcher.



yeah you you need to install the ubi soft launcher, i think that is automatic when you install star trek.  but you need to "purchase" the dlc.  Its a free cost title.

with rift you have launch it then remove the headset, and look at your monitor for the launcher to pop up and login.  After you login put your headset back on.

then install it on computer. go into the occulus app and there should be dlc in your library. or seach for it.

I was following your steps but still doesnt work. If i start the game in Oculus its kicking me out because i have to start it from Ubisoft Connect

Ubisoft is now telling me to contact oculus Support. But how? They dont answer on my tickets:/

Do you have an ubisoft connect account?

You still need to log in from the launcher, on your computer.

Also are you logged in the oculus pc app on the right account?
