Oculus Quest 2. When it's turned on, it shows the infinity logo then 3 dots then goes black. After a factory reset, it does the same thing. On the About screen when factory resetting it says state: Locked?

Hard rebooting doesn't work on mine, it's brand new but it's just stays on black screen

Hiya, yeah I've already tried factory resetting but absolutely nothing shows up. When I cast it to my phone it shows that there is meant to be something there but its just completely black in the headset.

I do that and nothing shows up on the screen. Nothing to click on or select or anything.
