Since the last update of Dead & burried I've have these weird issues, of which the most annoying is that there is no sfx sound like gunshots, only music, some menu sounds and voice.. I've checked the settings, the volume of everything in the ingame settings are set to 100 so theres no problem there, also all the sound is set to play from the rift headphones, so again no problem there.. However of those only the music play normally, everything else plays with echo, or sometimes voice doesnt play at all.. Also it happens every now and then that while waiting in the lobby after a game that all the other characters are literally standing there beside me in the lobby, all crammed into 1 spot..
Is there anyone else that has/had this issue? If so did you fix it?
Last night i launched Dead & Buried after the 1.12 update - got the most horrendous white noise sound - thought it was going to deafen me, had to take the HMD off and restart. I have also gone into the lobby and had another character standing centimetres in front of me.
Razersound? What is that exactly? A program for razer hardware? I don't have any third party sound manager installed, except for what comes with geforce experience
I had the same issue with Dead & Buried after the update that came down for it the other day. No gun sounds at all. After exiting and restarting the game a few times, it finally straightened itself out.
Not sure why that happened, but it did to me right after it updated itself.
That sounds nice ill keep it in mind.. not really of much use in my situation tho cuz i have a pc in my tv stand, hooked up to my tv as a monitor, so i have no headphones
Same problem for me. I hear music when I start up the game but the friendly ghost in the tutorial is clearly moving his mouth but no sound comes out. When when I pick up the gun to shoot, no sound effects.
I don't have Razersounds, and the same issue has happened on two separate computers for me.
