Dead pixel on Quest 3; Meta Store Support has gone completely radio silent

Hello,

on the 10th, I contacted Meta Store Support about replacing my Meta Quest 3, which came with a dead pixel. We tried some troubleshooting steps and then they asked me some information and told me they would get back to me with more information, but they never did, and now I can no longer get ahold of anybody, neither via email, nor via chat. Some help would be appreciated.

Hi @TomSFox ,

When you submit a ticket it asks how you want like to receive your response. Have you tried using the whatsapp option?

I had an issue and I found using the Whatsapp chat was best. Unfortunately the other thing to keep in mind is that they will be incredibly busy as the headset only landed to people on Tuesday.

Same issue here @TomSFox.
 
Tried reporting it via WhatsApp (after going through the support pages here), but no response. I was going to exchange mine where I bought it but they are sold out.
 
Does yours look like a really small cluster of pixels? Mine appears to be 3 pixels in an L shape, but difficult to tell.
 
I am hanging on to mine, until Meta reply and sort it out, or JL get more stock. 
 
What was the outcome, they replacing it?

It only seems to be a single pixel in my case. And yes, they’ve sent me a return label, and I’ll mail off the headset first thing Monday.
