Dear Oculus. No Refund. No Game.

Dear Oculus, 

We bought Lone Echo October 12th. 
Time spent in game = 1.25 hours.
Submitted refund request October 16th. 3:20PM CMT
 The request was  done through Oculus app  from where we purchased it

You have removed Lone Echo from our library but have yet to refund/credit our PayPal accout $43.00 (only option in store is to purchase, not install)

As of now, no game, no refund.

A response from staff, would be appreciated.

Wow, how crazy is this, and ridiculous really. After typing this, 72 hours and 1 minute, I received an email that I have been refunded.

Back to buying games only through Steam.

So... your complaint is that someone seems to have noted your frustration and corrected the problem?

Paypal themselves say that getting a refund through Paypal takes 3-5
business days if you are tied to a bank account, or up to 30 days if
tied to a credit card.
