I bought the oculus headset 2 in December of 2021. I used it a handful of times and now it is not charging at all. When I place the oculus to charge all I see is is a blinking oculus sign on my screen. I have tried everything to reboot my headset. I have left the handset on the charger for over three days and nothing. I have tried contacting oculus support With no success. I have this $300 equipment I used less than 10 times and I cannot get any support or get a new one. This is shameful on Facebook it's book giving customers a product that cannot be be replaced if it is defective. I felt like I wasted my $300. Now all I have is expensive paper weight. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

We went ahead and found your support tickets and would kindly like to ask that you respond to our agent that you spoke with on WhatsApp with the information requested. Once we have that information we will be able to move forward with the support process. 👍
