I want to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I have received concerning my order number #[Redacted Order Number], placed on October 12th to purchase a Meta Quest 3, which has already been charged to me despite...

The initial issue arose when the estimated delivery date was changed twice: first set for November 2nd, then postponed to November 15th. However, as of today, December 8th, I have yet to receive any notification or information regarding the status of my order.

I have attempted to contact customer support on several occasions to gain clarity on the situation. In my initial interaction, I was informed that due to an error in the billing process, it was necessary for me to provide my national identity document (DNI). I must emphasize that as a private customer, it should not be required. In any other physical or virtual store, such sensitive information is not requested, let alone considered necessary.

Since then, all my attempts to obtain information about the order status have been fruitless. Furthermore, I have been informed of the impossibility of canceling the order because there is already an open ticket, to which I am no longer receiving responses.

I have tried various communication channels, including the web chat and WhatsApp, without obtaining satisfactory results. My request for information on how to file a formal complaint was redirected to posting on this forum, which also does not address my problem.

I have the same situation

I bought meta quest 3 on December 6. The credit card has long been charged.

The estimated delivery date was specified during the purchase as December 12, currently it is December 15 and the product has not been shipped yet. I have alredy written to the support regarding this matter, the only answer I recived was that they would contact me within 48 hours. The 48 hours passed and i dint get en sort of information.

This situation is very not professional and disappointing that i need to write on forum that somone can solve my case.

Can you give me all the info regarding your experience since I'm (of course) surfing in the same situation GRR.

Hi Pieromix.

I received the order 3 months later even though I had advised them sevwral times that I wanted to cancel it.

At the end I returned it as I had bought it from a local retailer.
