It's been over a year since I asked Facebook to delete my @Tonjogando page on Facebook, and as of this writing, this has not happened.
I've been trying to contact them in every way, but I can't, they don't have any.
At the time, I strictly followed the removal request, waited 30 days and thought it was offline, with all my data, information and posts removed. And that didn't happen.
Now, after 1 year and 5 months, my Facebook page is still online, and I can't access it, in any of the ways Facebook has suggested for reactivation, changing the password, hacking, etc.
The email address is simply not linked to the account, the login name can be found, but the password cannot be recovered.
What I want is help to resolve this whole issue. (direct contact, a real solution to the problem)
We completely understand that this is not the experience that you would like to have on Facebook.
