Deleting my account and extremely disappointed. Disgruntled customer

Hi meta support 

since I didn’t receive any help from you I’ve decided to delete my account.  I have to wait approximately 30 to 90 days for it to take but just to let you know that person is still on the account.

i have to say I am extremely disappointed with this organization after spending hundreds of dollars so I and my husband could enjoy what you offer.  I and so many others have been hacked since August.  I have read many of the posts and am furious that nothing was done to correct the situation.  

now I am stuck with all this equipment and can’t use it.  
I am actually afraid to even ask if I can send all this back. I just don’t want it any more.

i don’t even know if you will respond but I just wanted to let you know how I feel with this whole situation.

i am nauseous just thinking about it
