I can not delete the videos that are in my gallery on the Meta app. Everything I find says click on the three buttons. My app doesn't show those. I have an android. It allows me to select the videos and only download. No option to delete. I can't find a settings option anywhere either. They're synced to my phone and I don't want them to be. I want them gone.
Leave sync on, delete the files on your headset. They will be be deleted from the gallery in the phone app.
If you turned off sync and deleted them from your headset they will remain in The Cloud forever. Unless you can restore the files (or files with exact same name) to your headset. And then delete them with sync on.
Meta will not delete them from The Cloud not matter how you ask or open a support ticket.
Bottom line is either never turn sync on or at least make sure it is on when you delete files.
