Delivery Delayed by more than 10 days

Hi, 

For reference I placed my order 4015198322027756 on 10/10. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/10 which was later changed to 16/10. Now it has been delayed indefinitely with the customer support suggesting no update on their end and asking me to be patient. 

I have reached out to support multiple times with little to no help and all they suggest is to be patient. The specialist team on the other hand who are supposed to take ‘certain’ actions to resolve it does not even reply to my emails. This is honestly a joke - the payment was deducted on 11/10 itself, but I am surprised to see how unprofessional the customer support is. I have been asked 6 times to provide a govt issued ID now to resolve the issue only to know that the payment had already been processed. On top of it there is so misinformation where one support member suggests the courier has misplaced it and the other suggests it is still under process and hasn’t been dispatched. If it wasn’t an order directly through the website I would have been very skeptical of the delivery. To add to it, I can’t even cancel my order. Honestly tired and fed up of Meta’s service. Would not recommend anyone buying directly from their website. When asked to file an official complaint they directed me to this forum - which I highly suspect is managed by the same team. 

i would very much appreciate any update in regards to my order because at present I am clueless that if I am even getting my order and at the same time am tired of chasing the team for its whereabouts.
