Developer mode can't be activated and 2FA SMS with code not working.

Good evening,

is a long time since i'm trying to resolve this problem of not receving the SMS code for the authentication of my account, to enable developer mode on my Meta Quest 3 (and previously on Meta Quest 2).

I already tryied in vaine as suggested by Meta support:
- forcing to submit again my number.
- waiting longer.
- search by browsing in the oculus developer section for a solution.

This is a disservice that Meta should address and find a solution, since it is an important tool on every device, for security (2FA) and utility (developer mode).

Also for usability, all this should not be such an hussle to activate on a device (activating developer mode on the device shouldn't require a 2FA in the first place like in many Android devices).

I hope to get a proper support and a definitive solution on how to resolve this problem and enable developer mode on my device, possibly with 2FA via SMS.

We are happy to give you a link to our support page dedicated to setting up developer mode. To verify your account, you have two options. You can either verify via SMS on an eligible phone or add a valid payment method. If you're not receiving SMS on your phone, you can either try using a different phone or add a valid payment method. Unfortunately, we don't have the tools to enable dev mode on our end or to push the SMS code through. If you encounter any further questions or difficulties, please don't hesitate to reach out.
