I'm on a android and I have watched a few videos and I do everything they have said and developer mode still is not there. Where is it on the meta app. Thxs

did all that, and even reset the device, but the developer mode checkbox didn't show up.

Thanks, I figured it out myself. I had to add a card to complete the verification. Unfortunately I wasted $1. This is not much, but in our country, meta is an extremist organization that cannot be paid. Waiting for the police at home xD

The $1 charge was likely just a "ping" fee that most businesses will do to ensure the bank account is valid and will then be refunded, so you won't be missing it for long at all.
