Device and App Problem - Air Link not working

So I have been having an issue recently, so my Airlink is not working it either isn't connected or just doesn't show up my pc at all, and wont even let me click on it.  so I tried to Restart the meta quest link but it seems to do absolutely nothing when I click on it and does the same thing when I try to remove the device, anyone have any solutions?
