Could I please ask if it is possible that it is now disabled in v74 to delete system accounts and set your application as "device owner" (all in developer mode)? Or is this just a bug? In v72 this was still functional.
You can’t. They’ve paywalled a basic Android feature with their Meta Horizon Managed Services thing
If you want it back, it’s gonna cost you $150/year
